I was watching you and Terrence training legs in recent videos and I was wondering why neither of you use accommodating resistance when you squat, either bands or chains, since in the University section you talked about how this movement benefits from it.

Thanks Joe! I’m not sure what the rotation at the bottom of the squat means. Are we talking about hip internal rotation or another joint (knees, ankles)? Hopefully you can clarify this. Thank you!

Thanks a lot Joe! I’ve actually seen this slight rotation happen on a couple of clients and I actually thought it was something “bad” that needed “correction”. Not anymore. Thanks for taking the time to personally answer this questions to this level of depth, you’re the best!
