When i do squats there is sharp pain in my penis while lifting. my workout looks like
warm up set
rod – 8 reps ( no pain ),20kg – 5 reps ( no pain ),30kg – 3 reps (no pain)
i do 3 set of 50kg and the pain start from the first rep. 50kg – 11, 9, 7
I use to do squats before with 40kg. but havent felt any pain in that region.
what would you recommend ?? to lower the weight and see if its work or to skip squats and do something alternative if so what will be the best alternative excersie.
my workout pattern look like: lying leg curl, squats, leg extension, leg press, calf raise
