I’ve been eating in a deficit for the past 5 weeks (220g protein, 83g fat and 220g carbs). I’m 6’4 and started at 103kg.
I’ve been training 6x a week (no cardio) and eating 2500 calories and my weight has dropped to around 98-99kg but has stayed at this level fluctuating at around +- 0.5kg for the past 2 weeks. I was just wondering what the best move was from here to keep losing fat. Should incorporate some cardio and if so how much? Or should I aim at further reducing my caloric intake?
