I saw a recent video from Joe where he explained there was no need for both, as they are the same exercise. Does anyone out there feel a difference with them, or is it all in my head?
I feel with lying leg curls I feel it in the top and middle of the hamstrings, and standing more in the bottom at the semimembranosus.
Anyone else out there feel the difference, or is there a way to feel it differently with the lying leg curl? Considered getting rid of my standing machine to make room for something else.
