I recently heard joe say star trac hacks are garbage and that’s the only one my gym has 😭. I thought I just didn’t fit too well in it. I am able to get full knee flexion but would you suggest I keep grinding on this machine or switch exercise? It is my second squat movement after a safety bar squat in weightlifting shoes. I don’t get as much knee flexion in the sb squats as a hack.
Sorry for the double post, not sure what happened. I should also mention that this hack squat is not 100% comfortable on my right knee but I thought I would figure out the positioning over time. Please let me if you guys would suggest subbing out the hack for a different exercise or just keep at it for a while. Thanks!
