I’ve just finished week 6 of upper/lower program and have made massive improvements in form, strength and putting on muscle. So I thank you for the work in the programs. However, i find the upper workouts to stretch on too long, about 2.5hrs and when college starts I’ll have less time. I was thinking I could cut down the upper workout by getting rid of a couple of the last arm movements, but I’m not sure of this. Also I’m thinking I could start the PPL program and run it 4/5 x a week with the waterfall effect, as each workout will be shorter. Any advice ?
