    I have just finished the full body. If I am to run it again or move to a different one, should I go to the initial weeks’ format of 3 sets of 6-8 with 2-3 RIR or continue with the 2 working sets to failure?
    I guess it’s probably covered somewhere already so thanks for the patience!
