Hi guys, newbie here to the forums
I have a quick question – going on honeymoon in exactly 8 weeks so I’m getting my head down to get in shape for that
I was wondering should I start a program from week 4/5 to get full advantage of all the progressions as the plans go on? Finishers, pump work etc
For context I’ve been training for 15 years and need a plan for some focus and direction – but don’t want to be heading off around week 8 just when things start to go up a gear
