First day in app and happy to be here! I’m coming off endurance/Iron Man training for the last 18 months. Currently 6.8 % bf and 168ish lbs. I was able to maintain most of my muscle mass along the endurance journey but I’m looking forward to beefing back up for the next 18 months. Could someone recommend to me where I should begin?! I am not new to lifting but I am a little lost as to where I should start back and which program to choose. I would like increase strength and size. Traditionally, I’ve mostly done a bro split. I like the idea of the “big 3” but I’m open to anything! I just don’t have a lot of the equipment your standard full-sized gym would have.
I will be completing all workouts in my garage with the following equipment and time constraints. 1-1.5 hours tops. (All the dumbbells I need. Half rack and weights. Leg press/hack squat machine. Lat Pull Down/cable row machine) I would also like to maintain my running aerobic fitness.
Any advice, recommendations, or suggestions is greatly appreciated!!! Much thanks! Bryan
