    Because my recovery wasn’t that good, so I decided to start the full body workout program all the way from week one again after 12 weeks. My question is should I follow the RIR recommended or work a little bit harder? I am thinking that if I follow the recommended RIR, it’s sort of not progressive overloading (compare to week 12 that I just finished). Is starting over just for recovery and I will not be gaining muscle and potentially losing muscle?
