    Hi Joe, I’m trying to digest so many videos and information.

    are you agree if we reverse the sets in this way instead the top and the back off to build a balance both mass and strength?

    Set 1 , 12-20
    Set 2 , 8-11
    Set 3 , 4-7

    I read that a stair-step increase in weight, forces the nervous system into a more heightened state on each successive set, which forces more fiber engagement.

    As the weight gets heavier and your muscles fatigue, you’re forced to generate more force and intensity to get your reps.
