Bryce actually amswered a sinilar thing i has last week but can i get more clarification?
Most of my meat n potatoes lifts have stalled in trying to eek out an extra rep. Stuck on the same weight and reps for nearly a month.
Bryce mentioned adding a pause, but wouldnt that mean i have to lower the weight again to get the reps in??
I can do 6 x 50kg on chest press, but can i hell get to 7. So if i added pauses with that weight id only do 3 reps id say.
Does that make sense?
Just need something to make me feel like im prigressing and not just punching the same numbers in week to week.
