What will be more efficient for leg growth especially the quads,
In my knee dominant leg day. Should i do front squat or any variation of a barbel squat. And then 2/3 sets of hack squat?
Or should i just stick to the hack squat because the benefits of the stability and do only that for 4/5 sets ?
Is the hack squat always a better for leg growth compared to a barbell squat/front squat?
