As the title says im very stiff dont feel any good mind-muscle connection cant bend forward / cant squat properly need to work on my mobility/flexibility asap
I was wondering if the activation section is a seperate thing from the mobile meathead program ?
I hear you i worked on all the upper body musculature and visible muscle and negelected legs and core or atleast didnt train them good enough now i understand the importance of strong core and strong legs
