Where would you put stiff leg deadlifts on your back day? If the goal was erectors, you would do them first right?
What would be the difference if i put it as my 3rd exercise?
I don’t think it really matters. It might make more sense to put them first because it’s such a compound movement. Joe and Bryce can chime in on this
