Hey Joe, I’m asking you this question because I really don’t trust my PCP doctor, and I trust you a lot, and I also understand this may not be your area of expertise but maybe you can add some insight in terms of what I should do. Me and my wife spent the week in Costa Rica last week and ever since Saturday my stomach has been completely fucked. I have been living on the toilet with diarrhea every single time and I haven’t been eating anything out of the ordinary. I really have no idea what to do because I feel fine otherwise. Do you have any suggestions?
