Am currently to the come here cannonballs program ,before that I did the terrence 2021 program,with the recovery program in between.
I am now 3 weeks into the program and for most exercises I am not back to my strength from the terrence program?
Is this normal?
Should I be pushing harder.?
Or should I just focus on increasing in the current program?
Any information advice would be great!
