    Do you usually program some people with more strength and conditioning like super sets, plyos, ect or do you recommend doing your strength training and having a more HITT style workout separately?
    I ask because I see so many trainers where that’s all they will do with people (very metabolic) throughout the entire workout.
    Im sure this is great when the goal is weight loss and you are trying to get more energy output but would you do that for every single workout?

    (Also not taking training for athletes into consideration. Im asking in terms of your normal average person)
