Strength is slowly going down on my cut on almost every upper body lift, do I need to eat more?
I’ve gone from 83.2kg at the start of my cut to 80kg in 18 days
Eating 2500 calories and walking an average of 10k steps due to my work
I play football (soccer) once a week for an hour
I’m also going through a break up and therefore my sleep hasn’t been ideal which could be a contributing factor
