I’ve had some issues with my lower back, which I think (at least to some degree) can be due to a weak core or the inability to brace sufficiently. The initial issue happened on during a set of rack pulls…
Since taking out all exercises that aggravated it and doing more TVA/Core work it has got drastically better but I was wondering how you would go about progressing core work as I want to bring them back in slowly but only if I can do it properly. I’ve been doing deadbugs etc and adding frequency but can only progress that so much.
