    I have recently seen some debate around this topic and I appreciate it is nuance and ‘1%’ stuff for most but we all love that here.

    Biceps and Triceps to be specific. I’ve seen a few people saying that due to their susceptibility to muscle damage they shouldn’t be trained at their full lengths and not too often either.

    Wondering what you make of this Joe? Perhaps some new research has emerged that I have missed. Cheers
