Stretching

    Hey, I have question about stretching, what is the best way to stretch? Is it better to stretch full body 5x times a week? Or it is better to focused on only one or few body parts? And it is good to stretch muscles that I train like hour ago? Like when i have push day and I will after hour of the end of the training stretch chest,delts and triceps or is bad for some reason?
