Hi coaches
What is your recommendation for different strength between body sides,ex I noticed that when i do single preacher curls my Right arm is stronger than left in term I could do more reps with the same weight. I try to compensate by starting with the weaker side but not sure if that is what I should be doing
Also should I use the same weight for both sides? Same reps even if it takes more reps to reach failure on the stronger side?
