    Hey Joe,

    Maybe I’ve missed it, but I haven’t seen how you structure your training from a high level view for the overall mesocycle. Do you increase volume week over week and by how much? Do you do metabolic/finisher work in every workout or just towards the end of the meso? Do you go to failure in every workout?

    Sorry if you’ve answered this before, I’m new to the app but been a follower via IG for a while!

    Hey Joe, really appreciate the in depth reply there. Totally get there is no one size fits all easy answer! Always cool to see how different coaches structure their programs and still get badass results. So the overload just comes from slightly ticking up volume or weight week over week, while each week looks largely the same. Would definitely be interested in any further content on this issue!
