    Hey Joe and Bryce.

    I am struggling with squat patterns overall.

    I understand the goal of getting to full knee flexion and my coach has me working to just make sure I’m taking it within my own active range but squat patterns that I have available whether it is smith squat or free bar squat I just can’t seem to find a comfortable setup for full flexion without my hips kicking out or chest falling forward.

    I also understand there are some ankle and hip limiting factors but at this point I feel it’s diminishing my quad training.

    Any advice here?
