I’ve been lifting solid five to six days a week for a little over two years. My starting weight three years ago was 265lbs I then dropped to 185lbs. I then started lifting weights. Now I’m 240lbs and look and feel the best I’ve ever been. I can’t get my love handles and lower stomach fat to go what am I doing wrong?
