Really different question for you today
I been wanting to ask you this for a long time
Starting from September and ending in June this will be my last year in high school
At the end of the academic school year i will be giving exams with hopes to pass into the university i want which is called “department of sport sience and physical education(this is translated from greek because the university is in greece where i live)
Apart from the mandatory classes there are sone classes which you can choose if you like and also some specialization classes again which you choose if you like
As i had look thru the lessons i didn’t see any class related to what i want to become which is basically your profession
Coming to the question if you would like i want you to tell me where did you study and what specialization classes did you take in order to gain the knowledge that you have know

Just looked at the mandatory classes anatomy is the 1st and physiology is the 2nd
I asked you this because basically the school provides specilization classes at the last 2 years
Basically from what i have seen you can become a trainer who focuses only on one sport like basketball,football,swimming,fencing,olympic weightlifting,gymnastics etc
But what i basically want is to become a trainer like you are and i didn’t see something related to that
From what i have seen over the past couple of months your area of experties are muscular strengthening,hypertrophy basically training that is involved around the muscular system specifically
That is what i believe(correct me if i am wrong)
Firstly i want to thank you for the tips
Then i would like to ask you this
Apart from physiology,kinesiology is there any other lesson that you studied that really helped you?
