Hi guys..
I just wanted to confirm the “ideal” angle to use this smith machine..we all agree its horrible designed..
But I just wanted to confirm that I am doing using it in he ideal way for the high incline and low incline pressing as well as the JM press..
On the concentric motion of the reps for the exercises listed…we ideally want the bar path going away from our head on coming back towards the head on the eccentric part of the rep..
