I have created a new delts and arm day in current split of Joe and Terrence instead of arm day, because my arms become disproportionately large compared to my shoulders and I want to add volume for delts and decrease volume for arms. So I think to do attached in screenshot workout. Goal for arms in this workout is mainly to maintain size and if it is possible to add little size(less, compared to delts). What is your opinion about workout?
