A couple questions about the substitution setup. I’m starting my first full program this week coming off a knee injury.
1. Is there any way to see the substitutions in advance? For instance, I don’t have a hack squat, so can I see the subs without starting that workout?
2. Is there a way to sub out another exercise if I can’t do one? Using hacks as an example again, I can’t go beyond 90* of knee flexion without pain, so I’d rather do something like leg extensions where I can control the ROM (and I don’t have a hack machine anyways).
