How much sugar is too much for 1 day? I’m talking about both, added and naturally incuring sugars. So let’s say that the total carbohydrate intake for the day its around 350g, how much of that can be sugar? Less than 100? Or does it even matter?
Also, what’s like the ideal amount of fiber for a day? I’m currently eating 70g a day and I don’t have any problems with it. I heard that some people may get stomach problems
