I would like to hear your opinion about Sumo Deadlifts (sorry, maybe I missed topic from before), but just curious should we do it, or not, and if yes, is it better to be on pull or lowers day? Many thanks.
Less range of motion and more thighs compared to conventional. Not very great hypertrophy exercise imo. RDL takes the cake as best deadlift variation for hypertrophy imo.
