My summers get a little hectic, more working plus kids sports etc. my question is, I typically have three or four days to workout a week, I still want to prioritize growing my chest and back. I was thinking of doing chest/back day 1, shoulders/arms day 2 and legs day three, then repeat. I’m wondering your thoughts on supersetting antagonistic muscle groups, can I still grow and get stronger or am I looking at more maintaining during this time? How many sets a week should I look at doing to grow/maintain? Sorry for the long winded question, thanks for any help.
