I have been training with push/pull/lower for the past 9 months
I have gotten really bored of it,so i started searching thru your platform for new exercises,splits etc
I tried one of your arm days and i loved it
I realised that i really enjoy supersets
So regarding supersets what muscles do you think can be paired together while not interfearing with each other?
Ex i tried once to superset close grip press with cable y-raise and it didn’t work as i wanted to
So i would really appreciate if you could give me some guidelines
