Have a question on supersets. I did the arm day workout and the finisher was a superset that was C1,C2,C3,C4. I know from the guidance video that you do one exercise after the other. For this one I notice it said 30 seconds rest each round. Does that mean you do C1-30-C2-30-C3-30-C4-30 then back to the top? Or do you continuously do C1-C4 and then only rest 30 seconds before your 2nd set of C1?
