Recently i have seen a video that you posted on insta where you share a tip on how to feel the bicep working a bit more by offsetting the dumbbell and changing the grip position that you grab the dumbbell in. This helped a lot!!
However i have a question that came to mind recently. In order to make your bicep work a little harder, does it also make sense to add 1 or 2 micro plates at the end of ONE side of dumbbell only?
This allows for more weight to be offset to one side making the need to actively supinate the wrist more. Do you think that it is a good idea and that it can help?
