I currently daily take cur-cumin, a probiotic, and supplement with whey, whey blend, and casein protein. First question-research articles vary on whether straight whey is best or a blend of whey, milk, casein is better. I don’t want to make it complicated. Just looking for a high quality, nonproprietary brand. What protein regimen do you recommend and what brand? Second question-do you have a top cur-cumin and probiotic you would recommend also?
