Hello,
I primarily consume white meat, eggs and whey for protein intake. I also supplement with vitamin D, 3g fish oil and creatine. I read a lot about benefits of beef liver and tried buying and cooking them, but it’s a lot of work and not big fan of the taste. But I did feel some positive difference when I ate about 1lb of beef liver every week. Right now I’m on a bulk and dont have any calorie restrictions.
Questions in my mind:
1)Do you guys have any experience with Beef liver tablets(uni-liver from universal or now foods) or beef liver powder(now foods) ?
2)Is it worth it compared to a multivitamin ?
3)What’s the best multivitamin supplement out there ?
4)Is it a good idea to cycle between beef liver supplement and multivitamin ?
5)What’s your opinion on beef extracted products(such as beef isolate, organs, bone broth powder, beef gelatin etc) in general ?
