Recovering from hernia surgery . I am allowed to train but weights can not be over 5kg weights. Can lift more but the surgeon says must not involve core.
What types of exercise would you recommend for

    Legs

    Back

Shoulders(I think your recent cable video looks perfect

    Back

    Triceps

    Biceps

Not worried about abs ( my diet will be okay for that)

    Thank you

Thank you so much for the in depth response. Very helpful. It is epigastric hernia . I will contact my GP ( general practitioner) per your recommendation and discuss the surgeon’s weight limitations.

I use resistance bands regularly for warm up and activation before weights so will start from there and increment gradually to weights

    Thanks so much.
