My question concerns swimming on off days and what r ur thoughts about it.
As I see it it’s a great way for speeding up recovery a tiny bit or at least doing something good for ur cardio vascular system without inteferring with muscle recovery in a negative way.
It’s not tough for ur joints. It should speed up recovery due to the increased blood flow and heart rate. There’s no mentionable muscle damage occurring cause of no real eccentrics and only low intensity cocentrics which would produce muscle damage. And as mentioned good for ur heart and stuff.
