I’ve noticed that you and others favor the Swiss bar bench press. The set up for this bar has a neutral grip. Mechanically speaking, if someone were to use db’s with a neutral grip, would this not imitate the Swiss bar? I’ve always heard that neutral grip db press targeted more of the anterior deltoid. Does the Swiss bar not also target the deltoid? Or is it just simply different mechanics?
