first thank u for your great work! I searched for a coach to improve myself and i am happy to be a part of this community!
I decide to start with the “Terrence 2022 Arnold Championship Program” because i have the goal to improve by upper body a little bit more than the lower body! It reads almost perfect, except that my lower Chest is very bad! It is of course a genetic thing, but i want to improve this part specially, that after time it will not look as i have a gap there!
My idea was to switch the first exercise of the pushday “Incline Smith Chest Press (banded)” with a decline variation, but i cant find a decline press at the “Exercide Library”. Is there a reason for it? Maybe can u help me with the decision.
I will put the focus at the “Roller Fly” also at the lower chest and after time i will look how they will develop!
