Hey there! After I watched the video about volume from the guidance section I’ve decided that I’ve probably been doing too much volume. I have been doing about 20-30 sets per musclegroup per week. Now I want to follow Joe’s advice and do as little as possible. Question is: Is it too late for me? Is my body so accustomed to high volume now that doing low volume won’t work? Will I lose muscle if I start doing only 10-15 sets per week?
