Hey Joe. I’ve been doing keto/ intermittent fasting for2 years with great success but wanted to be more strategic this fall/ winter as I’ve been lazy the past 2 seasons. More specifically I relied on intermittent fasting instead of strict keto in the fall to maintain my weight.
I used the diet planner and picked the low carb/ high fat option, and based on my current stats I went from 1877 calories to 2700 calories. I put the numbers into my fitness pal but my gut instinct says to work my way up to those numbers slowly. about 250 per week until I get to 2700?
