    Hi guys,

I’m in the middle of a bulking phase and on a final push now till maybe mid feb and beginning of March to see if I can add a bit more. Really struggling now with the food in-take and it’s becoming more uncomfortable as the weeks go by and food gets added. I’m hitting around 4K Cals now P285 C450-500g F70g a day split over 5 meals.
I’m on the Terrance and Joe split on week 7 I think it is now, and I’m training 5 times a week, diet stays the same regardless of rest days or training. I’ve added 10kg in the last 6 months (gone from 62KG to now 72kg) goal is 75kg at a push 80kg)
However I’m finding my strength has plateaued in some movements and others I’m hitting PB’s week in week out.
I am thinking tho as I like the program because my focus is more upper body and I don’t mind the one day leg day, but am I wasting a day just having an Arms only day? I am thinking would the P.P.L 2.0 be a better program for me? But I want a 5 day split not a 6 day split. I hope it makes sense, plus I’m finding there is a lot of isolation work with this program where As I. want to build strength and size. I have made good progress (pic below) I’m just curious to see what you guys think. Cheers

Brilliant Joe I appreciate your reply. I’ll keep at it and it makes sense with what you said. I’ve staying very consistent (pic shows) with my weight and tweaking macros as the weeks go by. It comes back to the logging thing I mentioned once and always trying to beat the previous weeks numbers but I’ve learnt now that some movements will stall a bit and others will progress but being patient and consistent is all I need to be and keep putting the work in. I enjoy this program, and I do want my arms to grow more so I won’t see an arms day as a waste, 💪🏽. I’ll keep you posted with my progress. Thanks coach
