As i am beggining the 3 day split with 1-3 liss cardio days and some abs i have to restablish my maintenance calories
I am not sure if you are familiar with Mike Mathews but this is basically his activity multiplier(just attaching that to tell me your opinion)
Expect the gym sessions life from now on is going to be pretty sentendary
So with which number would you suggest i should multiply my bmr(like 1.3-4?)
