Have you been training any pushin movements this time you have the problem? If it does not go away on its own by resting completely for few weeks then I recommend doing some very light high rep band training for triceps and biceps with neutral grip. Got this tip from alphadestiny it seems to be effective. Doing them everyday for very high reps fast pace not going all the way to failure, just getting some blood flow in the area.
