I was just wondering if we are able to swap out certain exercises for others in the program on the app.? Have limited equipment at my gym and need to change some to others as we ont have that equipment . I mean when logging them can I delete one and replace with a other For example cut pendulum and add hacks? Or cut tbar and add different row??
Just so I can log book it better. I don’t wanna put my weight down for hacks under pendulum if that’s makes sense.
