So, currently doing the Terence’s ’22 program and the progress is great! The split suits me perfectly and the recovery is great.
The current training split is pull/push/lower/push&pull/arms. How would you aproach this split if you’d like to put more focus on the shoulder development? Also, should I later add some intesity to the training (for example drop sets or rest-pause sets) or rather follow the program and just add a set here and there as there is already prescribed? (Asking because I’m preparing for a show and recovery is a big focuse for me)
