I am close to completing my current program on the app and would like to start Terence’s current program next.
However , i noticed that this is a five day split and at the moment due to other priorities, I can only train 4 days a week.
Since arms are also a priority for me, i don’t wish to neglect that day. Therefore I came up with the idea of adding that arm session on the same day as the push/ pull workout, replacing the ab and calf exercises. I thought that this would be a good idea since there aren’t many exercises that involve the arms that much on that day apart from maybe the machine chest press.
Would you agree with this minor tweak to the program so that it becomes a 4 day split? Or would you advise otherwise?
